Refund Policy

Zawiya is the connector, not the cashier. We do not process online payments — there is no checkout, no card processing, and no recurring billing on this platform. Because nothing is charged automatically through the site, there are no automatic online charges to refund. This short notice explains how that works and what to do if something you arranged with us was not delivered.
1. How plans and upgrades are arranged
Paid features — subscription plans, gallery upgrades and extensions, and featured listings — are arranged directly with our team. You reach out by WhatsApp or email, we confirm the details with you, and we activate the plan or tier on your account manually. You are never charged through the website, and no payment card or bank details pass through Zawiya.
2. If something wasn't delivered
If you arranged something with us and it was not activated correctly, or it does not match what we agreed, contact us and we'll make it right — by activating what was promised or by arranging an appropriate resolution. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
